St. Peter Claver Cristo Rey Catholic High School is a new and innovative model for high school in Omaha , blazing a new trail of opportunities for its youth. Our students desire to reach their potential and prepare for college, work and life after high school.  St. Peter Claver Cristo Rey Catholic High School helps that dream become a reality for more families who desire it the most, but can afford it the least.  As part of a national network of 24 Catholic, college-prep high schools founded in Chicago , IL , Cristo Rey has broken the traditional tuition mold in order to make private education attainable for all families.

  Omaha 's St. Peter Claver Cristo Rey Catholic High School opened its doors to its first freshmen class in 2007.  We now serve 101 freshmen and sophomore students, with a goal of serving up to 500 students, freshmen through seniors.  Our students attend classes 4 days per week and work 1 day per week in many metro area corporations, earning a salary that pays about 75% of their annual tuition cost.  Parents and scholarships pay for the small remaining portion of the tuition.  This negotiated tuition is by far the lowest in the metro, designed for students and families who may think that they cannot afford private education due to the family’s financial situation or low economic resources.  Students may also qualify for additional financial assistance and scholarships to help defray the annual cost.
